Refund policy

We maintain a 7-day return policy, allowing 7 calendar days after item receipt to request a return. Returned items must remain in original, unworn, unused condition with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Returns & Store Credit To initiate a return, contact us at support@loungelandfurniture.com. Returns must be shipped or delivered to: 20 Yorkton Ct Suite 400, Little Canada, MN 55117. If store pickup/drop-off is not utilized, a $100 pickup fee applies.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds to original payment methods incur a 15% restocking fee based on the total purchase amount.
• Store Credit: Customers may elect to receive 100% of the eligible merchandise purchase price as store credit with no restocking fee.
• Exclusions: Delivery fees, pickup charges, and clearance items are non-refundable and ineligible for return.

Damages and Issues Inspect shipments immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and correct the issue.
