Refund policy
We offer a full refund at the time of delivery if you decide not to accept the item for any reason. Please take your time to inspect the item during delivery before bringing it into your home.
Once the item has been delivered and accepted (signed for or brought inside), all sales are final. After acceptance, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify our delivery team immediately at the time of delivery so we can resolve the issue on the spot. We cannot approve damage claims reported after delivery acceptance.
