Shipping policy
Stock status varies across inventory. Products requiring manufacturer fulfillment will be ordered and delivered to our warehouse prior to final delivery or customer pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready.
Site Preparation & Access Prior to scheduling delivery, construction, remodeling, or closings must be complete, and driveways must be fully passable. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept and sign for delivery.
Furniture Measurements Customers are responsible for measuring doorways, hallways, stairways, elevators, entryways, and destination rooms prior to purchase. Lounge Land Furniture is not liable for items that cannot be placed due to tight access or incorrect measurements.
If an item does not fit:
1. The customer may retain the item and make independent accommodation arrangements.
2. The item may be returned subject to our standard return policy (a 15% restocking fee applies for original payment refunds, or 0% fee for store credit). Delivery and redelivery fees are non-refundable.
Missed Deliveries: An adult age 18 or older must be present during the scheduled delivery window. If no authorized adult is available, or delivery cannot be completed because the property is inaccessible or unprepared, the delivery may be rescheduled and an additional delivery fee may apply.
Delivery Rates & Pickup Delivery charges are calculated by distance from our store location:
• 0 to 15 Miles: $70.00
• 15 to 40 Miles: $100.00
• 40 to 75 Miles: $150.00
• 75 to 100 Miles: $200.00
• 100+ Miles: Contact store for custom rate quote
Local Pickup: Available free of charge at 20 Yorkton Ct Suite 400, Little Canada, MN 55117. Please present your order confirmation email and government-issued ID upon pickup.
Special Orders & Manufacturer Orders: Merchandise specifically ordered from a manufacturer at the customer's request may be subject to different cancellation and return restrictions. Once an order has been submitted to the manufacturer, cancellation may not be possible. Any applicable cancellation or restocking fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations: Orders canceled after 24 hours from placement are subject to a 20% cancellation fee based on the total purchase amount.
